Your site MUST have a presentable design.
|

Your site should have an organized system for placing reciprocal links into separate categories (if applicable/possible)

Your site MUST have a link to your link pages easily accessible from the homepage

You MUST place a text link (which we provide) on your homepage. If you have no other outbound links on your homepage, we

| will accept to have our link placed on a visible portion of a links page. |
